If you have an adventure spirit and get warm clothes, everything is possible, but I wouldn't recommend it.

the aconcagua parque around mendoza will be very cold because of the altitude

the lowest is probably gonna be 25 deegrees. make sure you visit Buenos Aires!!

Possible, yes, but extrememly cold and can be very wet, so not comfortable.

It is possible, but in the last years the forecast is very unpredictable, there are trekking courses all year long but it depends very much in the weather conditions.
