What are rents like in Cordoba, Argentina?

A small 2-3 bedroom house with a little back garden in the city of Cordoba, Argentina - I know there are going to be very low prices and very high prices, depending on area and size of house, but can anyone give me an idea of what the rent may be like?

Like in the rest of Argentina rents are not that high, you can find for 200 or 300 dollars nice houses.

i pay 530 pesos. but now for what you ask you pay like 700 to 800 pesos.
